Course 1 : Introductory Level
(Part 1/3 of the SSEHV Standard Diploma Course
)
The Course consists of nine one-day sessions which comprise a mixture of presentations/lectures and experiential activities such as role play, discussion, inner reflection, games, silent sitting and singing. Participants have an opportunity to experience and truly understand the five human values, as well as to learn about how SSEHV lessons are constructed around a particular theme. The course not only provides a solid foundation for those who want to go on to teach SSEHV to children, but it presents a powerful opportunity for self development and personal growth.
